Chat Power, like its predecessor, is fully mobile friendly.

You’ll continue to have access to robust reporting on leads and conversions, along with customizable in-app and email notifications when new inquiries come in.
What’s Different (and What’s Still in Progress)
While Chat Power brings many improvements, a few legacy features aren’t available—yet:
⚠️ Live Chat Handoff
Legacy chat supported live agent handoff or real-time alerts to staff. Chat Power currently does not offer this feature, though it is being evaluated for future updates.
⚠️ Custom Templates
Previously, you could choose or customize chat templates. Chat Power’s backend template editor is planned but not yet released. We will alert clients when it is available.
⚠️ SMS/Email Follow-ups
The legacy system had optional SMS or email follow-ups after chats. This is not yet available in Chat Power but is planned for future updates.
⚠️ Social Reviews and Redirection
The ability to prompt reviews or redirect users after a chat was included in the old system. In Chat Power, this feature is planned for future development via the Success Center.
⚠️ User Feedback and Ratings
Legacy chat included a simple thumbs up/down rating. In Chat Power, user feedback tools are planned enhancements to help practices measure satisfaction.
