When MyAdvice first started (as Advice Media), our mission was simple: make practices more visible online. Back in 2008, that meant creating directory websites that helped doctors and small businesses get found. But the world changed—fast. Google emerged as the dominant force in search, and the days of directory-driven traffic came to a close.
So we pivoted. By 2012, we had transformed into a true digital marketing agency, developing custom websites and introducing responsive technology before anyone else in our space. While others were still catching up, we were already redefining what it meant to have a strong digital presence.
A Pattern of Purposeful Reinvention
If there’s one lesson we’ve learned, it’s that standing still isn’t an option. Every few years, the landscape shifts. Search algorithms evolve. New technologies appear. Consumer behavior changes. And each time, we’ve embraced the challenge to grow smarter—not just bigger.
- In 2017, we moved beyond agency services to become a SaaS company, launching signature websites and bundling tools into our Power Suite.
- In 2021, we rebranded as MyAdvice and introduced the Pyramid of Success—an easy-to-understand framework for building a modern marketing strategy.
- Since 2022, more than 1,200 new clients have joined us on this journey.
