Shawn Miele

Shawn Miele

Founder + CEO
Shawn Miele is a high-performance CEO, endurance athlete, and adventure junkie disguised as a strategist. A Middlebury College graduate with an MBA from Columbia Business School, Shawn has lived and worked in London, New York, and Hong Kong. He has led companies through bold growth journeys, built elite teams, and still finds time to obsess over heart rate zones and ski lines. A firm believer in preparation, execution, and great espresso, Shawn is also a proud dad of three grown, successful kids. When he’s not leading teams or speaking on strategy and leadership, you’ll find him chasing watts on Zwift or carving turns on a black diamond.

His background in building user-friendly technology platforms in healthcare and other industries empowers MyAdvice clients to execute best practice-based digital marketing strategies to increase revenue. Brian is a graduate of Auburn University. When he's not diving into strategy or solving problems at work, you’ll often find Brian lost in a good book—with a fresh stack always waiting. He's a vinyl enthusiast by night, digging through crates in search of musical gems and spinning records long after the world quiets down. His home is also a little jungle: he enjoys propagating and caring for his houseplants, watching them grow and evolve over time. In the kitchen, he treats cooking like a creative lab, experimenting with new flavors and techniques. And finally, he stays deeply curious about technology—especially AI innovations that are reshaping how we think, work, and live.
